Since 1998, Cindy has been in private practice helping survivors realize their inner strength, access their wisdom, and achieve their goals.
Cindy uses coaching and counseling to help individuals build self-esteem, enrich relationships, manage emotions, navigate life transitions and relieve anxiety and depression.
Cindy has worked with survivors for many years and provides a window into the psychology of the grooming and abuse as well as the healing process that must take place in order for a survivor to thrive.
